Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

  • Contact forms: last name, first name, email address, company and your message, to answer your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • Careers form: the same information and your CV, to assess your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • Audience measurement: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, to understand how the website is used. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are sent by a person and not a robot. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

Who receives your data

Your data is read only by the GH Aviation Consulting team. It is processed on our behalf by our service providers: IONOS (website hosting, France), Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email) and Google (reCAPTCHA, and Google Analytics if you consent). Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Contact requests: 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Applications and CVs: 2 years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.

Cookies

  • cookieyes-consent: remembers your cookie choices (necessary, 1 year).
  • _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics audience measurement, only with your consent (13 months).
  • _GRECAPTCHA: Google reCAPTCHA spam protection (necessary for the forms to work, 6 months).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@gh-aviation-consulting.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
