Description
GH Aviation Consulting is an advisory company offering expertise to implement actionable strategies that reduce carbon emissions. To stay closely connected to the core of the aviation industry, we also engage in broader airline strategy work such as business planning, launching new airlines, and aircraft acquisition.
We are a small team of about six consultants, with a mix of junior and senior profiles. We work either directly with our own clients or in partnership with major consulting firms such as IATA Consulting, Lufthansa Consulting, and others to serve larger clients – including, recently, United Airlines. Our work is impactful: we collaborate directly with client management teams to support decision-making. Everyone on the team, including interns, interacts with clients. It’s a demanding but rewarding environment.
Current projects planned for 2026 include:
- Fuel Efficiency Projects: GH Aviation Consulting actively supports major airlines in reducing fuel consumption, making a tangible impact toward achieving net-zero emissions. You will contribute to missions consisting in analyzing their key fuel drivers, understanding gaps vs best practices, and recommending fuel saving initiatives
- Net-Zero Strategy Projects: We assist airlines in designing strategic roadmaps to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, optimizing their paths by identifying and implementing the most effective measures. You will contribute to build airline cases in our Net Zero model, allowing to build and discuss decarbonization strategies that allows a good balance between regulatory contrainst, corporate objective and economics
- Startup Airline Projects: We frequently handle startup airline projects, covering phases from initial business planning to Air Operator Certificate (AOC) acquisition. You will contribute analysis markets to understand their key drivers, model the financials and prepare key deliverables necessary for AOC application.
Our projects and clients are highly diverse, spanning multiple countries. Project durations vary from a few days to several months. Adaptability and creativity are essential in consulting.
The internship involves a key role in our consulting missions, under the guidance of experienced aviation consultants. It’s a unique opportunity to dive into consulting on critical topics: sustainability, finance, and strategy.

- Play a key role in analyzing problems and identifying data-driven solutions
- Present your deliverables to clients – our golden rule: if you do the work, you present it. It’s the best way to learn
- Contribute to project content and market research, including social media (LinkedIn)

Set-up
- Startup environment: based in a coworking space in downtown Toulouse, between La Daurade and Capitole
- Location: Toulouse
- Compensation: €800–1000/month (Césure – final-year internship) + €120/month in meal vouchers (Tickets Restaurant)
